In this position I’ve been able to perfect some of my skills, such as the use of the Unity Engine, scripting in C# and communication/production skills (keeping the information about the games updated at all times, working alongside different departments throughout the development, keeping track of the team’s deliveries and taking initiative to aid in any task needed). Additionally, I’ve helped the team on regular occasions on QA tasks like testing and bug reporting/fixing.

LingoKids - Level Design Internship

I have been collaborating alongside LingoKids on my Level Design Internship to help bring to life new educational adventures with some of the Disney IPs, creating products to the quality standards of this company.

My role on the team has been more on the technical side, helping both with the implementation on the Unity Engine and with some c# scripting, fixing bugs or implementing some new features to existing activities. I've also been able to explore some different fronts, like QA, testing the activities when possible, and reporting any found bugs. On the communication side, I've learned how to properly follow a professional development pipeline, as well as keep in mind different aspects of the development process, such as keeping the information and documentation updated, checking the teams deliveries, and aiding when possible and needed.

I have the opportunity to evolve and learn alongside different departments and a great team, making me feel more confident about my abilities and the value I bring to the team.
